  1. I just tried and I can guarantee you if your camera lens is original, it is impossible to remove the lens cover like this. I opened up the phone; removed the camera inside and used a screw driver and hammer to hammer it out from inside, it did not work! The lens cover is not just glued or soldered to the inside bracket. It is welded. I ended up hammed the glass out (tape it from outside first), and use a pryer to pull it through the hole. The bracket is welded to the lens cover so strong that I pulled the bracket out together with the lens cover. If you are serious about replacing it properly, you better buy a lens cover together with the replacement bracket inside. Or you can just take the form cushion from the bracket and place it inside where the bracket was and put the camera directly on it. It doesnt make much of a difference and the camera definitely do not rattle. When you put on the glue to the new bracket. Do not overdo it as the excessive glue will come out from the outside of the case. Good luck.

  2. My lens just fell out. I use two 6Plus phones as Displays for my drones (Mavic, Spark), LED Studio Light Controllers, Gimbal Controllers, Interview Mics, Remote Phone Video cameras (Filmic and Filmic Remote), and Music Players for different rooms in the house when we have people over. I'm doing this in 2019!!! Thanks for this. I watch a lot of your videos. Maybe I'll be brave enough one day to make a clear back Google Pixel at some point.

  3. Just had my moms phone broken, look for a to do and found youre clips! Thank you for all the years and please keep that work on:) times rises so fast…:)

  4. I just did this on my iPhone 6s Plus. It works. Just keep pushing really hard with the razor blade, I didn't applied that much heat, the 6s one it's not glued. Just keep trying.
