This seems far fetched. The phones only been out for two months. Swollen battery is covered under 1 year warranty and that’s a huge issue that would bring money to anyone’s pocket if it were to explode. No one in their right mind is going to get it repaired by a third party. You take it directly to apple. I think this was more of a click bait. I work on iPhones and Samsung for a huge company and when you have a swollen battery like that the last thing you do is grab it and pull it out of its casing. Also you can’t interchange parts on these new phones it will not turn on. Sooo yeah
