  1. What do you think for a first time iPhone buyer? I am stuck between 12 pro max or the 13pro max. While the 13 will have a newer chip, updated camera and battery (could be offset by the 120hz refresh). The difference for someone never having had an iPhone, the guess-timated reduced cost of the 12 pro max might be hard to pass up. How long do iPhones remain supported by Apple for os and big/security fixes typically?

  2. I have the iPhone 11 and it’s a great phone but I have always regretted not getting the max I like bigger phones and I’m exited for the camera improvements. I love the camera on my 11 and I’m excited for the improvements with the 13.

  3. 12 Pro Max is a rock solid piece of equipment. I will stick with it for another year. Plus with the Apple leather case and a quality screen protector it looks like it just came out of the box when you strip it down.

  4. What about an XR that has been power used (e.g. heavy usage with lots of video calls, video making, and it’s starting to show its age)? My main reason for asking is I like to keep at least one backup device for emergencies (after my XR had a serious tumble I’ve had a 6 plus on standby, which due to its own age, can no longer function as such).

  5. Strongly thinking to go from my 6 plus to new 13 pro max with high memory added. New to Apple with last years mac book air & ipad air. Love them. Also may go from gen 1 watch to the new version 7 soon after…

  6. I have the 12 pro max but I always buy the latest greatest iPhone just to say i have it so im going to get it regardless. But! Honestly there is nothing that is extraordinary about the iPhone 13 pro max that I believe others should upgrade from the 12 pro max unless you just trying to floss like me lol.

  7. I recently switch from android based phones to iPhone. I also switched my pc to a MacBook Pro. The last iphone I had was the 4 series. I have an IPhone 12 Pro Max and I’ll be keeping it for at least 3-4 years. The new features are great, but this is just as good a phone and handles my work and personal life great.
