Jailbreaking almost destroyed my iPhone. I installed a tweak app on cydia called "Appsync" and it made my iPhone stuck on a bootloop. It won't open and just keeps on booting forever. I fixed it by doing a dfu restore on iTunes. It will delete all my files and the jailbreak will completely vanish. I jailbroken my phone just for the reason to play some paid apps like GTA SA but I learned my lesson. I've heard jailbreaking can slow down the performance of your iPhone if I'm not mistaken.

Hey there hoping to get some help here. I'm not seeing where this young man is responding to questions/comments but hoping someone who can will. I'm old school as in now using an ios6 that actually belonged to my younger son a few years ago. 😉 (about the same age as SimplyPops)
All I wanted to do was download a very simple call recorder which led me to info about sileo….. to cydia…… to jailbreak….. to a couple other videos on it….. to here. whew!
When I had my Android I had a call recorder that just automatically recorded without any taps, 3-way calling or merging and it worked for both in & out calls. It was also FREE which is great too. Does anyone here know if a call recorder is available for my phone & if so how do I get to it if I don't have all the other apps I mentioned above? Or how do I download the above apps to get to one through the "play store" which I also do not think I have. Any time I try to down load one thing so much more pops up & I'm confused as to what to do with it. IF you have good how to links to share, I'd appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

You can download fonts without jailbreaking, but you can't actually change the system font…. so I just don't love that

I'm using an iPhone SE 2020, as a secondary phone for in the car for Apple Carplay… I want to get it jailbroken for the ability to use YouTube through carplay. Would you suggest it for this reason only?

when I first got the iPhone 4s I loved the phone after jailbrake but then like a year later switched to Samsung galaxy till now have note 10 plus its a beast! ok recently wanted to give jailbreak another try bough iPhone X and let me tell you after jailbreak and installing few tweaks and unjailbreaking 3 times always got issues no matter how I done it iPhone crashed, battery drained faster then charging like lost 20% in 30 mins without touching it, gps navigation got worse, phone resprang like it fell on the floor I only wanted to jailbreak just to hide them unwanted apps and a nice theme yet my security concern is why I'm keeping my iPhone in factory settings…. apple should learn from Samsung just make it a lot easier for us and that way we won't need to jailbreak!! please correct me if I'm wrong!

I hate how you make it seem like we only jailbreak to make our phones look pretty. Literally all the tweaks I have installed are for functionality. Useful and time saving Features Apple won’t ever add I have because of the jailbreak. Appreciated the content while it lasted but I’ll be unsubscribing.

Man use AltStore to intall unc0ver 5.0.0 jailbreak. After jailbreak open Cydia and intall ReProvision and ReProvision sign unc0ver automatically. And you never have to sign using a pc its automatically sign in the phone is just need to be jailbreak.
You are right Apple inspiring in the think they most hate😅😂😂 I do in my main iPhone and all works except Pokémon Go😂, in few days this will be resolved. I don’t here to counter you is just my opinion😂😅.
