  1. This stupid fanboy defending apple is disgusting. It's obvious they did it to sell more iphone, they got caught and they made up this crap lie about the battery.

  2. Greedy excuses by saying that they’re doing it to say help save battery life that’s a bunch of baloney I would rather pay to replace a battery then pay to buy a new phone you’re just using that excuse to make more money because everything is about money money money money money money money money money money

  3. You sheep believe anything …"they didn't lose stock" because it's one of the biggest companies in the world and the news didn't affect their sales because you dumbasses still support them …

  4. Really. You bought into the lie man. They could run the system easily on the older phones if they want to to some degree but after a year. The reason is they want people to buy a new phone each year.

  5. Why not just tell customers who use Apple products, to consider buying new batteries for there phones, after a certain amount of time. There are many people who would like to keep there particular iPhone longer than 2 years. A new battery would be an excellent solution. Even an $80.00 battery is better than the expense of the upgrade. And most folks ( not me) don’t like change. They don’t want to re learn anything new. Why fight human nature?

  6. Don't be so naive of course they do this so you can buy a new phone other wise is such bs they just got caught red handed and tried to cover it up I like my iPhone 8 plus but doing this is such a bold move

  7. I’ve had iPhones since the iPhone 4. My current iPhone 6plus is less than a year old and to say that Apple slightly reduced the speed is a huge understatement. My phone is almost unusable at times. I’ve taken it to the Genius Bar twice and they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong. Going by the genius bar’s advice, I didn’t restore any of my backups in case there was a corrupt file. No improvement. I’ve done this at least 3 times. I barely have any apps installed and I can barely get my camera to work without it shutting down. A few days ago I had apple care run a diagnostics on my phone. Guess what? They said my battery is basically brand new and that there were no system errors in my phone. The tech even said they weren’t sure if replacing the battery would fix the issue. So prior to iOS 11, my phone was working as expected. After the update it has become one of my biggest frustrations and Apple decided to blame it all on the battery.

  8. This channel is a pure example of an iSheep!
    They're like an Apple lawyer.
If Apple wasn't caught doing this, they would NEVER have mentioned!

  9. The point here is, Apple should have given us an option, like "Would you like to slow down your CPU to maintain battery life or keep the performance that might cause some sudden death?". Was it too hard to display a dialog? Well, defend the Applesh*t all the way you like, but I'm done with them. This isn't about the battery. This is about how Apple does things behind their customers' backs. Like lawyers always say, they did this thing, how could we believe they don't do the other things. By the way, it's good to see you guys are still loyal to Apple after your app update was rejected because of a bullsh*t reason.

  10. The easy answer is that they want your money, that's it. Changing your battery is a waste since in a years time the same shit will happen so they will force you to upgrade so I don't buy their crap.

  11. Great explanation that rationally addresses recent misconceptions and conspiracy theories about Apple's addressing the issue. Thanks for doing this!

  12. Yes it's, if not why not tell us before. If your phone slow down at 50% and you don't know why, the first thing you will do is buy a new one. That's why they encourage to buy new phone.

  13. my sister iphone 6 just got that unexpected dead about a week ago and i change the batteries right away.. and it comeback normal again.. and my sister iphone already 2 year and 3 month now.. so 29$$ not bad..

  14. I heard somewhere about an App or part of iOS that can show you the condition of batteries. I’ve got Geekbench 4 but the battery test shows no change yet. Anyone know about this? I’m using a iPhone 6. Can’t see any ‘throttling’ yet.

  15. My 6S has 89% battery after 700 cycles. But it gets too slow to be usable, and the battery can drain 10% for just 5 minutes music playback on headphones.

  16. I love how 60% of the comments on tech channels are always populated by people who don't know jack shit and are always complaining, 20% from real enthusiasts that engages in constructive and meaningful conversations and 10% from people who are brand loyalists, 10% from very knowledgeable people.

If you wonder why the type of users who made a comment are distributed in that manner the reasons are obvious, its because people in the smaller percentile simply just don't care. They watch the vid and they get on with their lives(how ironic right?). Reason why I'm saying this its because I wanted to rant on
