I first used Garageband v4 in 2008 on my 20” iMac. it was very basic yet hard to work out (no youtube tutorials).
I figured out how to turn on the velocity control! You tap/click the little button with the piano icon and it should have the option to turn on and off the velocity controls.
I’ve enjoyed using GB since late 2017. It’s been a blast writing music and scratching my creative itch..You have provided some valuable information over the years that has enhanced my GB IOS experience. I’ve written over 1,000 tunes over those years and have no plans of stopping. Exploring different styles- fine-tuning my sound. I’ve recently celebrated my 65th birthday and while I might be getting closer to the edge, I’m trying to enjoy every moment, and creating music with GB is part of that enjoyment.
