Well I did this and it still won’t let me use my camera
This method i just found out work for me
Step 1=Go to your setting and to instagram
Step 2=Turn off the camera
Step 3=Go to your instagram and on the bottom there is a plus sign where you can add photos and other things
Step 4=Turn on them cameras
Step 5=Go to your stories
Hope it work for you as well
It won’t work for me on Facebook to zoom

Just switch a random language and religion then switch it back to your language and religion back
Power your phone off and leave if for 5 mins then turn it back on I did it works like a charm!!
