Hi, if your Apple iPhone XR is stuck on a black screen with a spinning wheel then a ‘Force Restart’ may fix it just like the phone in the video. It is easy to do and only takes 1 minute, so it is worth a try.
This will also work on the iPhone 8, X, XS and 11.

My phone does the spirals and then returns to the lock screen with the pass code lock, when I enter the passcode it goes past the lock screen for a second and then goes back into the spirals for a couple of seconds and then lock screen again. Was able to fix itself earlier when I rebooted my phone but now it just keeps doing it even when I reboot. Thank goodness I backed up my phone like last week, otherwise I would’ve lost a years worth of data
