I think you actually have too much light .. too bright … makes you look washed out. You being very light complexion, does not help. Light Defuse would help

My Iphone XR is fine recording, as long as im not moving. If im walking, it makes tapping sounds, and sounds like its windy even when inside.

when I transfer videos from my iPhone xr to laptop (windows 10) the footage quality always deteriorates. How can I avoid this to happen?

What is the video setting you have to use on your Iphone for videos? I used 1080p at 30 fps and the image is shorter that it should be.
