Ep. 42 – Recording Voice Audio Using Bluetooth Sena and iPhone Voice Memos for Motovlogging

Testing out a crazy idea for obtaining voice audio for motovlogging, using a Bluetooth Sena and an iPhone’s Voice Memos Recorder app. I’d appreciate your feedback on the quality of the sound.

Audio was processed in Reaper before importing for video editing.

  1. Hey awsome videos man I'm trying to motovlog what setup do you use , I just have my iPhone 6 but what do you use for a mic also I have 1987 Suzuki intruder 700 and a victory 2001 v92c and for some reason I get a lot of vibration off my bike . what bike camera stand do you have for your phone

  2. I dunno, I think it sounds good enough…i really hate the idea of drilling holes in my waterproof go pro just for an external mic. I might use this set up as well. THere must be a way of recording the voice separate and still get higher quality…maybe a better ap out there somewhere?
