I think Tobin should replace Odin after he got his new refine. I mean, Tobin has horrible Spd & Res, mediocre Atk & Def, no merges, no IVs, outclassed by every sword unit at every possible niche.

As many Jaegans as I've foddered off for Fortify Cal. I have NEVER noticed his crazy ass Res!! 38! Like Damn, who was that little shit that came out and was supposed to be THE MAGIC TANK of calvaries…..? BERKUT! Had to load the game. I suppose bc I never played the specific FE game with him in it so I wasnt all star struck but damn old Jaegan wouldn't even need a +4 Res boost with his high ass res. Up there with damn Michiah!!! Wth?

Honestly though, if he had access to IVs and more merges, I feel like he would be a lot better. He'd still only be a slightly better Raigh at the end of the day, but IVs and being able to +10 merge would only help him in the end

If low merges are a reason to be included on this list u might as well include every tempest trial and ghb unit on this list

Just letting you know man I built my Canas up a ton. His resistance makes up for a lot. Plus he's great for healing since he has Reciprocal Aid and renewal. He's really useful in Tempest Trials for getting the fight started by luring a mage. He's a real asset for my team. But yeah the rest of his stats are ehhhhh. But it's worth it.
Jakob needs his personal weapon from Fates.
Look, I know y'all are upset that Canas isn't that good. I used him plenty in FE7 myself. It is just a downright lie to say he is one of the worst units in the game, especially when his stat spread and base kit is superior to Raigh, who does deserve to be on the list. There is also Tobin and Laslow, the latter who was absolutely creeped by Gray.
When I saw devoted monster up there I was ready to print put this video's thumbnail and set it on fire.
That being said yeah Vanilla Jalob can get out. He ruined my Elise chances twice. So glad he's not lomger 5 star summonable.
