Guide on how to fix iMessage Waiting for Activation, iMessage not working, iMessage not sending messages or other iMessage issues
If your iPhone stuck at iMessage “Waiting for Activation” screen running iOS 12, 13, 11, 10 or 9 – try these solutions to resolve this terrible issue:
1. Deactivate and Activate again iMessage and FaceTime
2. Reboot your device and try again to send a Message
3. Sign out and Sign in again to…

all y’all have to do is call apple and tell them your messages/ft isn’t working ( activated ) and they’ll fix it for u in less then 5 mins😭i tried all of these and it didn’t work but i decided to call apple just to try and they fixed it fast

I tried this, but still, It wasn't helpful for me and I get in touch with the Apple support team, where they helped me with my apple account. I reached them through ( 800-358-2146 )
Apple iMessage is the most stupid app ever created. Apple controls everything in iphone and that make Apple products garbage.
