  1. That feature of the flashcards and the possibility of multiple forms of tests are amazing. I still haven't used them, but now I'm gonna begin to explore them more often.

  2. By far the best App to learn (study) chinese language. Very easy to use, includes basically every word you can meet in the real life. In my opinion the most useful features (add-on) are the "handwriting" add-on (it was free on Android version before) and the "stroke order diagram" add-on, which allows you to memorize very well every character you need by showing it in full screen-mode, reallt very clear. About the OCR module, frankly speaking I used it very seldom. I forgot to say that you can search the word if by adding the tone number (1,2,3,4) just after writing the pinyin. Great product overall.

  3. This a very helpful video, thank you. One suggestion for your channel: you might consider placing bookmarks to various points of your video in your description. That will allow folks to skip ahead to understanding a new (to them) feature and skip the parts they already know about.

  4. Also, can you use google translator while in china or does the signal not work? Bc I'm pretty sure u need signal for it to translate things and take pics to translate

  5. I'm thinking of getting the add on flash cards I think it would be helpful, as I'm increasing my vocab, but I'm wondering if writing them All down on paper would be better for my memory? It's more work but may help solidify it better? Thoughts?

  6. Could you show how to export your flashcards in a following video? I would like to use pleco to copy words from a text but then use a software app like anki to practice the cards instead. Is this possible?

  7. I have the Android version, and was actually checking this out for a friend who just got an iPhone… and i've got to say, this video is off the charts!!! I'm sending it to my friend right now.

  8. Brilliant video as always Chris. My favourite feature, introduced since you made this video, is the screen reader. There is a floating button that stays on top of whatever app you are using. Click the button and you can use it as a reader in the same way as you demonstrated for the OCR, web and clipboard reader. I personally found this particularly useful for navigating the various QQ apps menus and options. Its handy to have floating so if you come across a word in a message, a website, in an app menu etc, you can just tap it and you are in reader mode! No need to screenshot, copy and paste or anything like that. It can either be a floating button or it can be stickied to the pull down notifications. I cant possibly over-hype this feature, its just amazing.

  9. Thanks for the video, Chris.
Which dictionaries would you recommend buying? I bought one of the basic bundles that includes a dictionary, but I want something more comprehensive with good examples sentences.

  10. I love it. I have started using this app since university. Those times i didnt have money, but after starting to work, i bought the full version. I appriciate their help
