  1. hi there, i'm on Big Sur but the only thing I see in Finder when I plug in my iphone 12 pro is 2 options. 1st option is Set up as a New phone or 2nd option is restore from a previous backup. All those tabs inside your video: General, Music, Movies, TV shows, are not there. How do I backup? My iphone 12 pro can't get on the internet. Is the only option to Erase everything? Thank you so much

  3. Good tutorial! Thank you! I have a problem. When I plug my iPhone to the Mac after the Big Sur upgrade, the computer doesn't recognize the phone. With Catalina it was so easy. Once I plugged it, it immediately started the sync process. Could you offer any tips to solve this? Big thanks.
