Steps to Block No Caller ID Calls on iPhone
1. Go to Settings – Do Not Disturb
2. Turn On Manual (you will see a moon icon ☾)
3. Open the Allows Calls From option
4. Select “All Contacts”
Now the calls with No Caller ID will be automatically rejected on your iPhone.

Wish Apple would add possibility of blocking “No Caller ID” numbers. Your Do Not Disturb solution does not help me as I need to accept incoming calls from unsaved numbers when I am on at work (on call).
As others have noted, Apple does not allow No Caller ID numbers to be blocked. This option of blocking all numbers not in your system, is as close as you can get.

Apple needs to develop a simple program that just blocks incoming phone calls that say "No Caller ID", rather than forcing you to mess around with your other contact lists. It's really very simple. Why is everyone making it so complicated.

10 minutes ago no caller I’d called me I was shocked I was looking at tik tok when it called I ran in my brothers room and I showed him how someone was calling me he answered then he Gaved phone to me but my mom came in and said DECLINE NOW!! She knows that I have fake call she thought I was pranking them but I wasn’t I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say she said never pick up that calls! I read somewhere online that you can create a contact No Caller Id with phone number 10x 0. Then go to the Phone app, favorites, tap +, add the contact, scroll down and press Block. I just did this, just not sure if it works, in any case you can try it.
