My Fitbit was about 20 minutes off so I rebooted it and now it’s almost 6 hours behind in time. I got my Fitbit in mid May of 2020 so it’s not old. I tried to download the Fitbit app on my new Samsung phone but the app won’t download. I’m very frustrated right now.

Thanks for that. I’m a PE teacher and my Fitbit was always about three mins behind the school bells. I was constantly finishing lessons thinking I had enough time to tidy away etc and then the bloody bell would ring because I’d forgotten I was three mins slow.
