I get it and I fully understand that you are annoyed of the Safari on iPhone and you want to delete it. Basically uninstall it because you don’t want to use it anymore. Not just turn it off or close out of the app you want to reset it completely. The way to do it is really simple because it only takes use of the restrictions. So here is how to delete safari on iphone.
iOS 13 users, turn on screen time go to privacy and safety hit apps then switch off safari then you won’t see it anymore

if yall dont have restrictions just . go to “screen time” . press “content & privacy restrictions”. look for the tab that says “allowed apps” and is gonna ask you for your screen time password and once you do youre gonna see some apps and just disable safari
