Whenever I try doing this, it says it's been saved to photos, but when I go to the photos app itself, it's nowhere to be found! I don't know why it's doing this & it really doesn't make sense. Is anybody having the same problem? And if anybody has any tips/advice about this problem, please tell me!
If I try and use the Save Video option, it tells me "this type of video cannot be saved to this device!" Anyone else know what to do from there? YEs, it's a .mov, BTW.

With the new version of Dropbox once you add it to your "Favorites" and the green check mark is on there, you then click on the video and the download button will be enabled!

works for pictures, not video- have you found a fix or know why video isn't working?
mine is inactive too, so did you figure it out? im on ios7 on an iphone 5?
It works fine with photos, but not with videos – how come? The icon for downloading turns inactive, when it comes to downloading videos – what is the matter? I have just upgraded my Dropbox, so space should'nt be the problem?
