By adding a few repos and downloading 2 packages you will unlock the hidden springboard settings on iOS 7. This will give you some customization options that you can alter to your liking.

This didnt work on my Ipad mini or my Iphone 4 running 7.0.4.
I got it to work, here's what I did…
1. uninstall mobile substrate, then reinstall;
2. Install bootstrap; and
3. Install Hidden SBSettings for iOS 7 and respiring.

I also accidentally tapped the Respring app. To fix this never-ending loop, download TinyUnbrella, select "Enter Recovery", and then when it has (It'll show the plug into iTunes pic) click the exit recovery. Then it may respring, and then you'll be good.

I got an app, but I didn't get the tweak, don't go into the app, it'll perminantly reps ring your device. You'll have to use the reset in order to 'wake up' yor I device
