I did bend my sim tray it works for a day then again it shows no sim, everytime i have to take my sim tray out and reinsert it so it works but for a day but after that again no sim, what do i do?

None of my below solutions worked,
1. Settings > General > Reset > Network Reset > Confirm (phone will restart)
2. Turn on Cellular ON and OFF for 5 times
3. Turn on Roaming
4. Turn ON and OFF flight mode for 5 times
