Here’s how to install iphone apps not available in your country. Some examples include Spotify, TikTok & WeChat. Geo locked iOS applications unavailable in your country. Geo-locked or geo restricted to a region means that you cannot download the app on your iPhone or iPad.
Shown is a very easy way to fix this problem, if you have an android phone, you can simply use APKPure. Download their app.
HOW TO FIX ‘NOT VALID IN THIS COUNTRY ERROR’
Go to Settings, Scroll down to iTunes & App…

Go to Settings, Scroll down to iTunes & App Stores, Click on your Apple ID, Sign Out
Then, Click on Apple id option once again and re-sign in. This should fix the issue.
Also you can try restarting your phone and doing the steps again.

It doesn't work like this with all apps, for example I needed to download MyThree UK app, the trick is:
1)change country as shown
2)connect to a VPN
.. et voila you can download the app and then turn off the VPN
