how do i rejailbreak my phone after the 7 days

i did it on my ipod 5 and this is what it says:
randomjb.ipa cannot be installed on name's iPod touch. randomjb.ipa requires the “arm64” capability which is not supported by name's iPod touch
i used my real apple id , was that a bad idea?
I'm getting a message saying
"I was unable to automatically resolve your codesigning issue ☹
If you have previously trusted your certificate using Keychain, please set the Trust setting back to the system default."
This was after clicking save on IOS App Signer. What must i do

Everytime i click Fix Issue the xcode says "Creating a profile requires having a device registered in the Member Center." any solutions?
Does this last 7 days only like most other jailbreaks for ios 9.3.3?

it just says No Provisioning Profiles found. And i did the bit where you press create in Xcode.
