UPDATE: If you want to automate the process, install the new ORDER 65 package in the same repo. It makes life a lot easier, as you don't need to run commands in terminal.

I can use Cydia however I dont have substrate file at /etc/rc.d/substrate… Rather I dont even have rc.d directory.. I can install tweaks from cydia but can not see/use them under settings. Can you please help
