i converted the file and copied and pasted it into tones but it wont show up, am I doing something wrong?

Kevin, I am going to try this tomorrow. If you are around, at the end of your assist, you say the song is only 10 seconds long. I though it could be 30 second long. Please explain. I thought we deleted the 10 second song when created. Thank you so much.

When I am trying to convert to ACC I get the following pop up message in Itunes: "The song's title" could not be converted because protected files cannot be converted to the other formats. What can I do?
