iPhone setup:
Make sure WiFi is OFF
Turn WiFI ON
Search for networks
Select your iPhone teather network
Click on the blue arrow
Select STATIC
Enter the “192.168.10.1” IP address
exit from WiFi setup
Launch NetShare
