no you do not have to reset your phone again. you can just do it from your account in google to the account in Icloud directly from computer without having to use any phone. Just log in to contacts.google.com and select all contacts then export contacts and do it at the vcard. after that log in to icloud account click on contacts than at the bottom left corner you can select the little setting looking icon and click on import vcard. then find the info which was saved on your computer and hit import. thats it. dont misinform people dude. if you dont know another way say I dont know but dont tell them you need to reset phone to factory data which will lose all the info already on the phone.
