  2. Hi! Very usefull video. Still, something does not work. So I've got Iphone Seven Plus. But when I'll try to watch all my pictures on computer using USB as a connector, i see at some point that a lot of random pictures does not show up; therefore I can't download them all. And there are fewer than on phone. Do you have any ideea what I should do? Besides Icloud. There are way too much pictures and I don't want to buy some GB. Thank you in advance!

  3. Help! I hope you are online because I can find about 128 pics but my iPhone says I have 546 pics on the camera app and the photos but it is only catching the ones taken today and yesterday!

  7. Very good video! If you read this I need help. I was able to choose the Import Files and Pictures option for my wife's iPhone 7+ and move 12,199 photos and videos over to my PC over 5 days! Now, when I connect mine (same phone) and use the same method it only moved 20 videos and tell me it cannot connect. The phone shows up in the File Explorer just fine. Restarted both PC and phone.

  8. Hello and thank you. I'm able to transfer the files but unable to open them in Windows 10. The files are MOV. (If I try to download through itunes / photos they won't download but your way downloads to pictures but unable to open them… Can you help? thank you.

  9. OMG!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Both methods worked but I used the 2nd method cause it was the fastest. Now I can clear up my memory space. New subscriber. FYI, I found u in google search & your video is the first one I watched. GREAT tutorial. Thank you for sharing a SIMPLE method…..

  10. Omg, after practically tearing my hair out trying to figure out the stupid ICloud settings, and download, and import settings, I could not get my photos to download. Your method was so easy. Thank you for showing this!

  11. When I transfer videos from my iPhone 7 to my desktop PC (chrome), the videos run too fast. For example, it does not matter how long a video is – it runs all the way through in 2 seconds. However, when I look at the video on my iPhone, it runs just fine.

  12. Everytime I copy and paste the videos I got to my windows 10 desktop a pop up comes up saying:

    “Error Copying File or Folder”

“A Device attaches to the system is not functioning”

    Please help
