This was the only service that I found that actually worked to transfer my WhatsApp messages from my old iPhone to my new Pixel. They don't make it easy to use, its not cheap, they set up a yearly re-subscription that I don't remember agreeing to and for some reason don't explain how to finish the process. The last part I really don't understand because they already have your money and the data has been transferred. Decent product but poor customer service.

i bought the MobileTrans Whatsapp transfer to transfer from IOS to Android. But it didn't work. it keep pop up the message saying " your backup files had been password-encrypted. please remove your encryption from itunes to ensure a successful backup". can you show how it work from IOS to Android?

First of all in the video the question asked is should the data be left on target device? what does it even mean? Are we not trying to copy to the target device? Second, more importantly instead of clarifying the video skips the important part – how can we login to our whatsapp account on source and device? If we dont login to target will the copy work?

Totally agree, this video is misleading. You cannot use the trial version to do a one off transfer you have to pay. You register but you still cannot do it.

This is crap. After going through the whole process, when you click "start", you are prompted to purchase the MobileTrans app. You can't actually transfer any of your data with the free trial version. This video is super misleading because nowhere does he disclose that the app is $29.95.
