Just an FYI to those that aren't too savvy like myself. I've been using Strava for awhile on my iPhone, and have had it paired with an Apple Watch. Recently, I got a Garmin Fenix and was a bit stumped how to have Garmin synch up to Strava since I couldn't access the original screen as shown in this vid that gives you the original options to select Garmin. Long story short, you can access it on the Strava website, so moving forward it will automatically synch.
Did the app upload your heart rate data into Strava?

That’s how is “supposed “ to work and dies 99% of time. But today I did two runs. Their on my 235, there on Garmin Connect but didn’t transfer to Strava!
Did a short third run after checking all settings and it transferred to Strava as usual no problem but the first two runs don’t make it to Strava. Is there a manual way to upload to Strava?

hey thanks for that video, very helpful. you see I normally use my phone to record my running but the gps thing not accurate about the pace and says I ran across the sea lol so recently I've been looking to get a watch like the forerunner 235 to record runs abit more accurate yeah. I heard garmin watches are very good for this.
