one i try to save it on my phone, it says i need to purchase something to do that
Hey I’ve done everything to a T but I’m no computer wiz and I got stuck on the save and import part it says “we fail to load media database. Please try again after using iTunes to initialize this device(Open iTunes. If the iTunes can recognize your device means that the initialization is successful. No further action needed.)” does this mean I have to open another window on my PC or do I have to open the app on my phone?
