I had a jail broken iPhone fixed while in the Apple store.
Its a law that they can not void your warranty with jailbreaking your device unless they can prove that the jailbreak software did in fact break your device. No need to go through all this shit.
If it’s discovered they will deny you.unless you have applecare then they use 1 incident but i digress.
Pretty sure in their ToS it says something about voiding warranty if software is modified aka jailbreak. Chances are they won't do anything and will just replace / repair it. I mean that's like saying a drove by a cop going over 10 miles over the speed limit therefore you won't get a ticket if you speed
