Can’t add new home screen only if you swipe apps to the new screen, can’t adjust home screen to the left or right.

I enjoyed this video! I purchased an icon pack on appkins(dot)shop and I gotta recommend them. They got over 30 themes in their pack and so I'm switching my homescreen like every other day to a new color!! so clean!
Question, If I already added my customized widgets and changed the icons of my apps and get a new phone then I enter my Apple ID do the widgets and apps get transferred to my new phone or not? 🤨🤨 pls respond cuz I need to know 😌
Why does iOS have two types of widgets? There are the widgets on the left most page, and then there are the “new” iOS 14 widgets.
