Waiting for 14 pro ; it going to more meaningful upgrade from iPhone 11. I upgrade every 3 years is the sweet spot for me.

I actually liked the notch along with the way the iPhone looked from the front from 2017-2019
Wish they would focus on the screen more, 120 hz refresh rate, -perhaps 4K or slightly higher resolution, a much needed improvement on battery life during corona times, cooler speakers… why is it always the cameras and video making improvements… they are both fine and although everything can always improve I think there are more significant and import features like the ones mentioned above that could do with some tweaking…

Better video is a very fine feature, but I use my phone more for photography. So it’s not that important upgrade for me, I’d more prefer cheaper storage upgrades and starting with larger size altogether and USBC as possible unicorn upgrades.
😂😂😂😂 Apple fans are still waiting for a smaller notch, while we been having beautiful all screens phones for ages now.
If the video still has those atrocious “shadow grid” HDR artifacts that pretty much renders it unusable, then no matter how many “amazing” new video features Apple is throwing at the new models, they will still be just as unusable. I’m still surprised at how many people were/are ok with this.

The smaller notch and 120hz alone make this years iPhone one of the most exciting and worthy upgrades. The last exciting upgrade was the X back in 2017, but every iPhone since then was pretty incremental. This looks to be the year I finally upgrade😁
I am just going to hold on to my 12 pro max that I just bought in late June. No need to update to the 13 series. I am not crazy about the camera stuff. Still good video!
