I have a new iPhone se & no one could hear me on speaker mode. I had put on my old case for iphone6. As soon as I saw your video, I took it off and voila, it worked! I'm so happy I didn't have to go back to store! So hopefully if someone sees this issue also, this is a fix. Thanks for providing info so that I didn't have to go through the whole "return" zone!
