Me and my Friend are also planning to visit Mussoorie and hire a scooter to roam around the surroundings later after Covid situation gets better and was wondering if the hill roads are safe to ride there and you went there on scooter? Did the rider switch off the engine and rode on downhill there? Need some tips, Regards, Kusum
