  1. I'm guessing somebody already said you blocked the right speaker lol. That app is a really cool way to try the mobile device modeling thing for free before jumping in with both feet with a paid app. I'll have to try this. I haven't had a mobile electric guitar solution since my Rockman back in the 80s.

  2. In my Opinion the BEST Guitar Sim i ever heard! With all other Software i NEED a drive pedal in front of the software to get real metal sound! With PositiveGrid is the same, i need a drive pedal! But with "AmpKit" and a iPad (Got the Focusrite iDock) i need no drive pedal, that Software is Amazing, the Sound is good like my Boss-GT100!!! I mean some Modulation sounds can be better and some more presets for the effects were nice.
But at last that piece of software is real good you get a REAL AMP SOUND with it.

  3. They sell those at amazondotcom, that's where I got mine although I purchased the competition hardware which is called Apogee Jam. iRig is another one. I bought the apogee jam, then downloaded the free apmkit app (although I upgraded to apmkit+ and so will you :-).
This device really rocks, I travel with my electric guitar but I end up practicing acoustic guitar the most as I just love the new Acoustic8 pedal within the app. Whether you buy the hardware Marty uses or apogee jam you'll love

  4. Hey dude, I've been an acoustic guitar player for years now and I'm planning on buying an electric one. Would you recommend buying this instead of an amp?

  5. @FileSpnR, you don't even have a clue of what you are talking about… Do you mean C++ as in one of the high level programming languages? And as a OS Linux component? WTH! You don't make sense
