Hey dude, my IPAD mini 2 is stuck in recovery mode / infinite boot. I've tried using this program it just gets stuck on 15%. On itunes trying to update / restore… it'll also get stuck on "verifying IPAD restore" I've got no clue what's wrong with my device or how to fix it 🙁

I have a iPhone 7 plus bought it on developer iOS 13 and it's stuck on recovery mode. I was using it before but I was trying to put it back to iOS 12 but it got stuck on recovery mode. Btw it has an audio ic problem and takes long to reboot. Any help???
