yes there is: download redsnow.
then download the IPSW from IOS 6.0 very importent 6.0 otherwise it doesnt work.
then you open redsnow go to extra s then put select ipsw you select the 6.0
then go back and putt the jailbreak butten after you jailbreakt it you do the same but thene you put just boot . and your divice is jailbroken !

There is no jailbreak for IOS 6.1.3 at the moment.
Unlike iPhone you can do this on an andriod legitly without jail breaking and that water thing is there same thing

Instead of Zephyr, you could just use the apple multi-touch gestures, that come free with the newer iPhones/iPads/iPods. 5 Finger pinch your screen to close apps, 4 finger left/right swipes to go app-to-app, and 4 finger swipe up to show all the open apps 😉
