I’ve been using the iPhone 12 mini for several days now, and while I won’t be giving up my iPhone 12 Pro Max, this tiny size has me tempted! In this video, we don’t go through all of the iPhone 12’s new features but I tried to focus specifically on things as they relate to the new compact phone.

5G shouldn’t be a top feature bc even though it’s supported no one yet is getting 5G consistently throughout the day. The 5G you see on the screen is not true 5G – it’s a low band, that’s a tad faster than 4G/LTE. 5G is only when the top corner switches to UW 5G. Only some folks are getting true 5G and they’re in select dense cities and if they’re picking it up, it’s only short lived due to range between towers. Ultra Wideband 5G doesn’t really exist, at least not yet (in some capacity).

if you guys didn't know, not all 12 mini have the 5G antenna like at 1:53. mine doesn't have that antenna. I don't know why's that. I live somewhere in asia
