  1. what app do i download on my mac to see what the iphone is capturing? i downloaded epoccam on iphone, but how do i play the image real time on my mac? Via what player/screen? the epoccam app on the iphone says it's connected to my mac… GREAT… so what? I still can't see the camera image on my mac… and there is no epocccamapp for mac os – at least not in m country on app store. What a waste of time.. They actually made an app for the iphone BUT NOT FOR THE MAC?? I mean WTF? How stupid is that? Useless app – deleting it.

  2. Thanks for the video, I don't understand why your cameras keep going from front facing to profile view? It is more distracting than useful, not sure if that is just a Youtube thing, but usually it is if you are doing something from different angles…but hey what do I know…thx again

  3. One question: I am trying to use my IPHONE X as WEBCAM; the return I get is just COLOR BARS. Does HDMI video Capture that I bought is incompatible or is it broken? or what can i do to check what is happening and solve it?

  4. I've tried both Camtwist and EpocCam and they both aren't working. When I choose "iphone" on Quicktime, it captures the whole iphone in portrait mode. When I open zoom, the iphone comes up vertically on the screen and is very blurry. What am I doing wrong here?

  5. Great video – I have a camera on my computer but it's not very good so I want to use my camera which has much better resolution – will that work (i.e. have the better resolution) if I use EpocCam? Thank you

  6. Thanks for the tips! Great video. I've seen it's possible to skip the quicktime and camtwist steps, just using the True Visage app on the iPhone, and the screen sharing option in zoom (via AirPlay and screen mirroring). Thanks!

  7. hello, for some reason when I hook up my iphone 11 as the camera in quicktime, my record button and camera options show up in the video. Any ideas?

  8. Hi John. Chanced upon your video while looking for iphone as a webcam. I noticed you are also a pastor. Cool! A techie pastor. A man after my own heart. 🙂 God bless.

  9. I was with you until you made the preference on the quicktime, your iphone. That is NOT an option on my quicktime, so I couldnt get this up. Can anyone help? SB: Its also cool to see that you were a Pastor!
