  1. Shout out to my dog Cola for refusing to let me record this video alone. But hey, she's cute, so if you want to see more of her definitely hit up my Instagram @91_tech lol

  2. The iPhone 6 was my first iPhone purchase. I had bought the phone in July 2015 after my Nokia flip phone had completely fallen apart. Hindsight always being 2020 I wish I would’ve held out for two more months because the iPhone 6s had launched which was so much of an improvement over the six that it is still relevant today and running iOS 14. In the end, it forced me to upgrade a lot earlier than I would’ve liked to but, I prefer using my 10S over a 6S which is what I most likely would still be using had I waited a little longer to buy my first iPhone.

  3. Still have my 6 plus, it's sitting in my 8 plus box as we speak. I upgraded to the 8 plus in 2017 and to the Galaxy S20 in 2020. So it's two phones ago now. I turn it on every now and then just to give it a little charge. It is incredibly slow and hard to use these days, but no bend and no touch disease.

  4. Just a friendly heads up. Maybe best not to use the term “spaz out”. It’s fairly offensive. I know you don’t mean to be offensive but hearing phrases like that in normal usage can be a bit shitty for some.

  5. My iPhone 6 has a messed up battery that I’ll eventually replace and for some reason it won’t read connect to whatever SIM cards service that I put in it. It always says, “searching” or “No Service.” Which is a bummer because I’d like to use the phone sometimes when my main phone is dead or just as a backup.

  6. I have very mixed opinions about the iPhone 6. I loved mine, and it was a great phone, but it wasn't always a great phone. The software really became slower later on. iOS 9 ran beautifully on it, and iOS 10 did alright as well. iOS 11 was terrible for me, and then the phone died. Completely. I sent it to Apple, and they couldn't figure out what went wrong either. They ended up replacing it with a brand new phone, and I only had it for a couple months before I sold it. After selling the iPhone 6 I bought a Galaxy S9 (the first of 2 that I still own), and while I do miss the iPhone 6, I'm fine moving on.

  7. Fun fact: when apple was offering a trade in for buying the XR new at the time, i was able to trade my touch disease affected 6 plus for I think £150 off because I got very lucky with the device test, I was actually turning the phone screen on and off to make the screen work briefly when the genius wasn’t looking at it 🌚

  8. I loved my iPhone 6. I got it in early 2015, after having an iPhone 5 since it came out in September of 2012. Never had a bend issue or slow down or battery issues. I had it from May 2015 to October 2017 when I got an 8Plus (my favorite iPhone so far)

  9. I have an iPhone 6 Plus and it still works surprisingly well…no lags or unexpected shutdowns. My biggest issue is the 16GB storage and app compatibility. I’ve never been a camera person but after seeing what the 11pro can do, now my 6plus does look mediocre.

  10. I repaired a busted up 6 that a relative had and it got me into iOS. Granted, it’s stuck on iOS12, although – surprisingly, it did get updates in 2021 – mostly to do with COVID tracking granted, but still a nice touch. I moved onto a 6s Plus and then an iPhone 11 which is what I still have now.
