Always the same story
Even if the iPhone 13 reveal blows everyone away, I am still keeping my current iPhone 11, and I will keep it for a few more years. As much as I like Apple products I can honestly say that this being the first iPhone I have owned I like it but I am not in love with it, and there's a good chance I will go back to Android after this iPhone.
Also, having an older iPad Mini from a few years ago, I don't feel the necessity to replace this iPad either. All these Apple reveals and big whoopla releases just don't get my attention anymore. After many years of owning Macs, went back to Windows last year – even after the M1 Macbook Pro release, and no regrets and definitely liking that transition.
I have owned Apple products for many years, I see their customer support eroding and it has been in a downslide for several years. With all the money that customers pay for these Apple products, Apple does not treat their customers nearly as well as they used to and as well as they should.
