  1. what if my phone can’t connect to wifi. like the wifi button doesn’t work and the wifi settings??
this is my problem and nothing i’ve tried has worked.

  2. I reset my entire phone. Lost all my data, because obviously I wasn’t connected to the WiFi. Nothing. It’s ruined. I never dropped the phone or anything, one day suddenly while charging it restarted and the WiFi greyed out. 😑☹️

  3. Something that helped me was connecting AirPods and starting a phone call with someone. It does still Grey out the wifi but I can use wifi, also don’t let your phone die

  4. Resetting my iPhone and network setting didn’t work but hard resetting my phone by holding down the power and home button at the same time for 10 seconds worked. Also disabling performance management in the battery settings seems to have improved the issue as well.

  5. Here’s something that works for me: Put your phone on Airplane mode and then turn your phone off with the airplane mode on. Wait 3-5 minutes before turning your phone back on. It worked for me for the 2 times that this has happen.

  6. My phone 11 Pro downloaded the new 13.4.1 software 2 weeks ago which caused the WiFi to show up grayed out and my Bluetooth wouldn't connect to anything. I had restarted it multiple times and no luck. I was starting to worry as my phone hadn't been backed up, I found this video and did the "Reset Network Settings" and both are working again. Thanks!

  7. This is the easiest way to fix it. Get a small thin toothpick or a toothpick floss. Gently clean the hole where you connect the charging cable to. Then constantly check to see if you can enable the WIFI.
