This was a nice and simple video, thank you. However, for some reason all of a sudden the Zhiyun just "disconnects" or something and then the phone drops. And, none of the buttons work either on the Zhiyun – even though I am connected via bluetooth with the app. I have a Samsung Note 8. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong? Thank you =)

How do you lock the motor closest to the camera into one position? I want to lock the motor perpendicular to the handle so that I can move the camera left or right (from the handle) without having that one specific motor rotating around (since it focuses into one location). The main reason I got this stabilizer is to get rid of the up-down shaking from my hand.

Hello, I just bought my first Zhiyun smooth q and I'm very confused about the charging. Am I supposed to charge it before I use it for the first time or is it fully charged? Right now I've put it on charge and there's a flashing orange/yellow light. I don't know what this means and the manual doesn't make a lot sense.

I think I'd trust this company a bit more if they at least paid for their intro music, rather than using the sample music that still has the "Audio Jungle" watermark in it.
